The constructor for the parameters of the GMSSKeyPairGenerator.

Parameters:

layers - the number of authentication tree layers

heightOfTrees - the height of the authentication trees

winternitzParameter - the Winternitz Parameter 'w' of each layer

K - parameter for authpath computation
